Thank you for visiting uni lets direct. Here you can explore our comfortable student houses which are spacious, well designed and homely.

The Landlords

The houses are owned and managed by Chris and Sue Marston. We come from a hotel background so we understand about customer service and providing hospitality. We have been involved with letting to students for over 10 years and we are members of the National Landlords Association. We live a short drive from Bristol so can respond quickly to any issues that might arise.

Our Ethos

This is a family run-business with an ethos of providing good quality accommodation that our students can take pride in. We have three daughters who have recently finished at university and so we have seen a variety of student housing, and know what matters to you. We have seen the arguments over kitchen cupboards and fridge shelves, and so provide you with spacious kitchens with plenty of storage and two large fridge-freezers. We also provide a washing machine and tumble drier in each house.

All of our rooms are well-proportioned with double beds and quality furnishings. All properties have at least two bathrooms, tiled throughout. Our communal areas are open-plan and comfortable, with space to cook, eat or watch TV together. In the summer there is outdoor space with garden furniture so you can enjoy a bit of sun.

Management

We keep our houses maintained to a high standard and enjoy good relationships with all of our tenants. We do all the administration and much of the maintenance ourselves and are always on call. We do not use agencies, so we cut out the middle man and you will not have to pay their high charges.
